Job summary

Norma Wealth is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support communications with existing investors and potential partners, and to help prepare investor presentations and quarterly updates. The role includes maintaining investor data rooms and coordinating meetings.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IR or related fields, strong communication skills, English fluency, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. A related Bachelor's degree is required.
