Job summary

Mason Blake is seeking an Investment Oversight Analyst to play a key role in the independent evaluation of internal and external funds across public and private market strategies. You will conduct rigorous reviews and contribute to the firm’s oversight framework.

You will partner with the ESG team to evaluate the impact of sustainability factors on investment processes, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver actionable research to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years manager research experience at an asset manager or investment consultancy.
• Strong knowledge across multiple asset classes including fixed income, equities and private market.
• Demonstrated ability to develop deep portfolio expertise and uphold high standards in governance and oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Team player with a positive and proactive mindset.
