The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IR or related fields, strong communication skills, English fluency, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. A related Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing communication with existing investors and potential partners
• Help prepare investor presentations, portfolio reports and quarterly updates
• Maintain and update investor data rooms, CRM systems and distribution lists
• Coordinate investor meetings and follow-ups
• Track and respond professionally to investor requests
• Ensure messaging consistency across teams
• Support fundraising documentation and data collection
