Job summary

Itworksrec is seeking an experienced IFS System Administrator to support a client through their IFS Cloud go-live and into live operations. This fully remote role requires hands-on administration, stability, security, and proactive system management as the business moves forward.

The successful candidate will handle IFS tickets, user access, layouts, events, triggers, and queues, while maintaining system health and partnering with internal teams to ensure optimal performance in a live

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as an IFS System Administrator.
• Experience with IFS Cloud and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of access rights, layouts, events, triggers, background jobs and queues.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and independence in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve IFS support tickets.
• Administer user access rights and permissions.
• Manage and maintain IFS layouts.
• Configure and support events and triggers.
• Monitor and manage background jobs.
• Manage and troubleshoot IFS queues.
• Investigate and resolve system issues.
• Provide ongoing administration and support after the IFS Cloud go-live.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the system operates effectively.
