Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software/CS or related field, or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in SaaS support, Customer Success, or Shared Services roles.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English; able to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via case/ticket management system, email, chat, and/or phone.
• Open and manage cases, gather details, and provide accurate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related platform issues with systematic investigation.
