Job summary

CYBRET AI is building the next generation of autonomous cybersecurity systems. We are seeking a Head of Design to own and shape the design direction across product, brand and user experience.

This is a founding-level role with real ownership and long-term impact. As Head of Design, you will define and execute the design vision, working with the CEO, product, engineering and research teams to make a product that is powerful, intuitive, elegant and trusted.

Qualifications

• Senior product designer or design lead with proven ability to design complex systems and workflows.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technical products is highly preferred.
• Strong product thinking and ability to drive clarity, trust, and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of CYBRET AI platform, dashboards and interfaces.
• Design complex, data-dense security experiences that are clear and actionable.
• Translate AI and security concepts into usable product flows.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system for speed, consistency and quality.
• Shape CYBRET AI’s visual identity in collaboration with leadership.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product and researchers; mentor future designers.
