Job summary

Fortive Corporation, through Fluke Networks, seeks an experienced Field Application Engineer for the Scandinavia region. You will be the technical go-to expert, enabling local sales teams to drive growth and providing pre- and post-technical support to distributors, end-customers and sales teams.

The role covers Sweden, Norway and Denmark with 20-25% travel, requiring strong knowledge of data networks and network protocols, fluency in English and Swedish, and the ability to present measurement

Qualifications

• Strong proven technical product and application knowledge in Data networks.
• Preferable knowledge of Network Test and Measurement products and Network protocols.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Support local sales team and customers with application, technical and competitive information.
• Develop technical skills through training and liaising with factory-based technical support engineers.
• Provide sales support at shows, conferences, seminars and roadshows; prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop and execute training programs for online and classroom use.
• Provide pre- and post- technical support for Fluke Networks products to field sales teams, distribution channels and end users.
• Use CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to record customer communications and track opportunities.
• Assist EMEA sales and marketing with NPIs and regional marketing ideas.
• Support cross-functional team collaboration and cross-functional communication.
