Do you thrive on matching talented people with exciting opportunities? Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, creating structure, and working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for two Recruitment Advisors to join our growing team in Bergen or Stavanger on 12-month parental leave cover contracts.
THREE60 Energy is a leading consultancy company with expertise across Drilling & Wells, Subsurface, HSEQ, and Sustainability. We serve a broad portfolio of clients in the oil and gas industry, guided by our vision: "Better Energy Together."
In this role, you will combine end-to-end recruitment of highly skilled specialists with consultant care, stakeholder management, coordination, and hands‑on operational support. You will play a key role in ensuring both candidates and consultants have a positive experience throughout their journey with THREE60 Energy.
What will your workday look like?
As a Recruitment Advisor in THREE60 you can expect a fast-paced and varied working day involving recruitment, consultant follow-up, coordination and administration. This role is ideal for you who thrive in a dynamic environment, work in a structured manner and is comfortable managing several processes and deadlines at once. You will own and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference and background checks, offer preparation, documentation, and candidate presentations to clients. You will also review client requests with discipline leads and support discussions concerning potential candidates, rates, terms, and conditions. You will serve as a trusted partner for our consultants throughout their assignments, ensuring regular follow‑up, supporting their professional well‑being, and helping them succeed in their roles with our clients.
You will join a collaborative recruitment team consisting of experienced recruiters and HR professionals who support each other, share knowledge, and celebrate successes together. As we are looking to welcome two new colleagues to the team, you will have the opportunity to onboard and grow alongside another experienzed Recruitment Advisor.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with solid recruitment experience, ideally from a consultancy company. Experience from the energy industry is an advantage. We expect you to have several years of relevant recruitment experience and to feel confident managing recruitment processes independently. An educational background in HR is beneficial, but we are also open to other relevant backgrounds. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy creating structure and keeping things organised. You must be able to prioritise effectively while managing multiple processes simultaneously, always with the support of your team.
You genuinely enjoy working with people and go the extra mile to create a positive experience for candidates, consultants, and clients. You are service‑minded, commercially driven, and get a real sense of achievement from landing an opportunity. As we operate in a bilingual working environment, you are comfortable communicating in both Norwegian and English. Experience with systems such as Recman, SAP Fieldglass, Refapp and MS Office is considered a strong advantage, but not a determining requirement.
What can you expect from us?
You will join an international company with ambitious plans, highly skilled colleagues, and a broad portfolio of clients within the energy industry. Our employees and consultants currently represent 39 nationalities, creating a diverse and welcoming working environment.
We offer meaningful and varied responsibilities and room to influence your own working day. You will also gain valuable experience in recruitment, consultant management, and business operations within a growing engineering and consultancy company. Our culture is informal, supportive, and characterised by collaboration and humour. Since many of our consultants work at client locations, we also make an extra effort to bring people together through activities such as quiz‑Fridays, Insight learning sessions, seasonal company parties and informal check‑ins.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with discipline managers, consultants, clients, and candidates across a broad range of technical and specialist disciplines. This provides unique insight into both recruitment and the energy industry while building valuable commercial and stakeholder management experience.
