Job summary

Cegal EnergyX, Stavanger, Norway, seeks a Senior Business Consultant to map processes, identify opportunities, and drive change-management for energy clients.

You will translate technical and business needs into clear insights, deliver projects from analysis through implementation, and act as a trusted advisor to global customers.

Fluency in English is required; a master’s or bachelor’s degree is expected; hydrocarbon accounting experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Holds a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Solid experience from a similar role in energy/consulting.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Has experience or good understanding of Hydrocarbon Accounting.
• Able to translate technical and business knowledge into clear insights for customers.
• Has experience delivering projects from analysis through implementation.
• Skilled at understanding customer needs and recommending relevant solutions.
• Builds strong client relationships and communicates complex information clearly.
• Takes ownership and works independently across customer and project activities.
• Keeps up to date with relevant industry trends and developments.
• Can act as a trusted senior advisor to customers and project teams.

Do you have experience in Hydrocarbon Accounting and a passion for helping energy companies make better use of their data? Would you like to deliver next-generation data solutions for the energy industry while acting as a trusted advisor to global energy companies? Cegal EnergyX was established to build a vertical software portfolio of operational data management solutions developed especially for global energy companies. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work in agile teams to conduct process mapping, identify opportunities and challenges, and conduct change-management that delivers real and lasting value for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor - by actively listening and understanding our customers’ needs and opportunities, you contribute to increase their value creation.

As Our Senior Business Consultant, You Will
