Job summary

DNV invites highly motivated graduates to join its two-year trainee programme within Group Research and Development (GRD). The role features three eight-month rotations across GRD and DNV business areas, with a base at DNV's head office in Høvik outside Oslo and an alternative in Trondheim for Cybersecurity.

At least one rotation will take place at a different location, potentially abroad, to broaden practical experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and eager to learn new topics.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Master's or PhD completed 2025–2027; ready to start by mid-August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Engage in GRD rotations across multiple locations.
• Assist researchers in AI, cybersecurity, and related areas.
• Contribute to applied research projects and knowledge dissemination.
