Job summary

DNV Cyber in Norway is seeking ambitious Cyber Security Graduates to join our growing IT and OT security organisation in 2027. You will work on advisory services, governance, risk and incident response, gaining hands-on experience across Enterprise IT and Operational Technology.

You will be based at a DNV premises in Norway, preferably Høvik, with flexible home office options and opportunities to travel for project work. This program focuses on rapid development and industry-leading courses.

Qualifications

• Ambitious cyber security graduates with a strong interest in IT and OT security.
• Willingness to learn quickly and develop in a consulting environment.
• Interest in working with both enterprise IT and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory services from technical assessments to strategic consulting.
• Work across Enterprise IT and Operational Technology environments.
• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as penetration testing, cyber governance, and incident response.
• Contribute to project execution, proposal development, and ongoing learning.
• Engage directly with customers and internal experts to build competence and confidence.
• Participate in social activities and experience DNV’s strong company culture.
• Some travel may be required depending on project scope and client needs.
