DNV Maritime Advisory is launching a new trainee programme designed to develop the next generation of maritime experts and consultants.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field expected by July 2027.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Join one of two specialised paths; either Technical Advisory or Maritime Consulting.
• Participate in a structured development programme.
• Complete three rotations across Maritime Advisory and related business units.
• Gain exposure to the entire maritime value chain.
• Work on real customer projects from day one.
• Receive mentoring from experienced colleagues.
