Job summary

Odfjell Technology in Bergen or Stavanger invites applications for a Maritime Trainee program spanning 18 months across Norway, Singapore, Copenhagen and London. You will rotate between technology, business transformation, and project management, gaining exposure to both operational and corporate functions while working with experts in energy and maritime sectors.

The program includes five academic modules, mentorship, and an Alumni network of over 320 alumni.

Qualifications

• Master’s in technology, Industrial Economics, Business, Innovation, Digitalisation, Project Management, Data Analytics or similar.
• Interest in technology, AI, digital transformation, and business improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
