Job summary

Mondelez Norge Production AS is seeking an Asset and Reliability Manager to lead maintenance, asset management, and facility operations at the Oslo chocolate factory. You will drive governance, strategy, and changes to ensure uninterrupted production with a 26-person team.

You will implement Preventative and Predictive Maintenance within IL6S, coach leaders, and align with stakeholders across safety, quality, cost, and delivery, while building talent and capability for long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in people leadership roles.
• Experience in asset management, maintenance, and facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and TPM concepts.
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic asset and reliability roadmap and annual operating plan with stakeholders.
• Establish governance to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead maintenance, asset and facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and business continuity.
• Coach and develop the maintenance and facility teams in IL6S and Predictive Maintenance practices.
• Build talent, succession plans, and ensure appropriate resource structure.
