Pure Salmon Technology in Norway seeks a Purchaser to join our global procurement team. You will create and follow up purchase orders, coordinate logistics, and build strong relationships with suppliers across international projects.

Pure Salmon Technology leverages Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) technology, designed to provide optimal conditions for land‑based salmon farming. As our global procurement team continues to grow, we are looking for a Purchaser to join us, whether you are newly graduated or bringing experience from a related field.
Procurement plays a key role in the successful delivery of our projects. In this position, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers across international markets, while receiving training and support tailored to your experience and professional development. This way you can contribute to sustainable aquaculture practices worldwide.

Key responsibilities
Create and follow up purchase orders across assigned projects and categories, ensuring correct pricing, quality and delivery
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new suppliers
Follow up purchase orders from placement through final delivery, including expediting, logistics coordination, invoice control and warranty handling
Monitor prices, deliveries, documentation and changes throughout the project lifecycle
Assist sales and tender teams with supplier offers, lead times and procurement input
Coordinate logistics of goods from suppliers to construction sites and delivery points, including cross‑border shipments
Report status and contribute to good progress across projects
Collaborate closely with engineering, project management and the wider organisation

You are structured and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn. You thrive in an international, fast‑moving environment, building strong relationships and communicating clearly and professionally.
Relevant higher education, preferably within supply chain, procurement, engineering or economics
Newly graduated or 1-2 years' experience in procurement or supply chain
Fluent in English and Norwegian (oral and written)
Are comfortable coordinating several tasks at once
Have an interest in technical and commercial problem-solving
