Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics or supply chain.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong willingness to learn and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily purchasing contact for assigned projects.
• Monitor project item budgets and support monthly deviation reporting.
• Maintain accurate supplier data and updated prices in the ERP system.
• Process purchase requisitions, place POs, and follow deliveries.
• Assist with basic price negotiations and FII handling.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Log and follow up on supplier claims regarding quality or delivery.
