Job description

Want to help bring structure, clarity and momentum to our project portfolio?

As our Maritime Solutions business grows, so does the complexity of running multiple projects in parallel. We are looking for a Project Planner who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our project portfolio — working closely with the Director of Projects & Engineering to ensure the right things happen at the right time, across the right teams.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Support the Director of Projects & Engineering in coordinating ongoing projects across Maritime Solutions, ensuring alignment and information flow across project leads, engineering disciplines and internal functions.

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone plans, and capacity overviews across the project portfolio.

Monitor Power BI delivery reports to track equipment against contractual delivery dates. Flag risks to the Project Manager and send bi-weekly delivery status updates to customers during peak delivery periods.

Provide shipyards with PODs and shipping documentation when equipment cannot be located or requires verification.

Coordinate FAT activities; Send invitations to the shipyard, distribute punch lists and update all relevant stakeholders once items are resolved.

Facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas, capture actions and follow up on decisions.

Maintain and improve project documentation, reporting structures, and planning tools; prepare portfolio overviews for management and stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Relevant background in project coordination, planning, or engineering administration — from maritime, offshore, energy, or similar industries.

Structured and detail-oriented, with a talent for keeping multiple workstreams organised simultaneously.

Strong communicator who can bridge technical teams, shipyards, and management.

Comfortable working in a project matrix structure with multiple stakeholders.

Proficient in project planning and reporting tools — experience with Power BI is an advantage.

Good communication skills in English; Norwegian is an advantage.

This is a role with real impact. You will work at the centre of a growing project organisation, with direct access to senior leadership and a broad view across our business. If you thrive on creating order, enabling others to deliver, and being the person everyone relies on to keep things on track — this is the right place for you.
