Vow is seeking a business-oriented, delivery-focused Head of IT, Digitalisation & Enterprise Architecture to simplify and better connect our systems landscape. You will drive the digital roadmap, ensure strong ERP/Microsoft integration, and own data ownership and security across projects.
English is our working language; some travel to international sites is required. You will lead cross-functional teams and translate IT strategy into practical improvements across the organisation.
Drive Vow's digital roadmap, improve systems integration (ERP, PLM, AI), manage IT partners, and support key users across the organization.
Vow is seeking a business-oriented, delivery-focused leader to make our systems landscape simpler, better integrated, and more useful in day-to-day work.
We have strong platforms for ERP, PLM, document management, reporting and Microsoft. The challenge is to make them work better together, with less manual work, clearer accountability and better support for project delivery.
This is neither purely an operational IT role nor purely an architecture role. You will set priorities, drive improvements and make things happen.
Your responsibilities:
Drive Vow’s digital roadmap and improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective interaction between ERP, PLM, document management, project delivery, reporting and AI.
Reduce duplicate registration, manual handovers, Excel dependency and unclear data ownership.
Establish clear ownership of systems, processes and data.
Manage IT partners, contracts, costs, security and service quality.
Help ensure that documentation, project information and reporting are accessible, traceable and reliable.
Help shape our IT strategy and translate it into practical improvements across the organisation.
Provide practical user support when needed, especially for key users and issues requiring understanding across systems and work processes.
Routine first-line support and technical operations will mainly be handled by external partners. However, the role must be able to take ownership of important user issues, prioritise improvements and ensure that matters are actually resolved.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in IT management, digitalisation or enterprise architecture.
Understands ERP, the Microsoft platform, integrations, data and information security.
Ideally has experience from industrial, engineering or project-based businesses.
Is structured and pragmatic, while bringing energy and the ability to create momentum.
Can communicate effectively with users, management and external IT suppliers.
Enjoys combining long-term development with practical day-to-day tasks.
What you will achieve
You will help Vow create a more connected systems landscape, with fewer manual steps and better visibility across project delivery and operations. The role will make IT a clearer driver of quality, efficiency and better decision-making.
English is our working language, and as Vow operates across multiple countries, the role involves some travel to our sites and offices.
