TechnipFMC in Norway seeks an experienced Projects Operations Manager (POM) responsible for SQDC performance across the Operations Package stages of a project. You will prepare the Project Operations Execution Plan and act as the main client-facing resource, coordinating VSO and onshore teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in offshore engineering/installation, strong Subsea knowledge, and ability to balance technical, commercial and risk decisions.

Qualifications

• MSc/BSc in Engineering required.
• 8–10 years’ experience in offshore projects.
• Subsea installation knowledge is essential.
• Experience in asset operation / service delivery advantageous.
• Familiarity with iEPCI projects is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organise and execute operations within time, budget and QHSES requirements.
• Prepare and validate the Project Execution Plan for Operations Packages during tender and execution.
• Act as primary client-facing contact for VSO and onshore support.
• Promote HSE and Quality mindset across the Operations organisation.
• Oversee installation engineering with VSO/non-VSO activities and procurement.
