Job summary

Omega Subsea seeks an experienced Project Manager to own challenging subsea projects from planning through execution, reporting to the COO within the Project & Operations team. The work location will be Bergen or Stavanger, Norway.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, forecast costs, and drive risk management to meet customer expectations and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within subsea, offshore, energy, or maritime industries.
• Proven track record of delivering technically complex projects.
• Strong commercial understanding and experience with project financial management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• You are a proactive and results-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic operational environment.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.

• Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and change requests.

• Promote a strong HSEQ culture and ensure safe and efficient project execution.

About the role

As Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering subsea projects in line with customer expectations, budget targets, and company objectives. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage projects, risks and build strong relationships with clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle.

The position reports to the COO and is part of our Project & Operations team.

The work location for the right candidate will be Bergen or Stavanger.
