Job summary

Reach Subsea seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead offshore and subsea projects from Haugesund. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects, coordinating with customers, offshore personnel, and internal stakeholders to meet contractual and safety requirements.

The role covers handover, planning, execution, follow-up, and final delivery, with responsibilities across project lifecycle and client relations. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential.

Job description

Reach Subsea is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Haugesund.

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of offshore and subsea projects. Working closely with customers, offshore personnel, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual and operational requirements.

The role involves responsibility throughout the project lifecycle, including project handover, planning, execution, follow-up, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish project organization, responsibilities, and authorities
• Participate in project handover and contract reviews
• Develop and maintain project schedules, reporting, cost control, and invoicing
• Establish and maintain project quality systems and quality control plans
• Ensure required project and HSEQ documentation is prepared and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Follow up project risks and mitigation measures
• Act as the primary customer contact on contractual and formal project matters
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant project management experience within offshore, marine, subsea, or related operations
• BSc degree within Subsea, Marine/Naval Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant project management and operational experience
• Good understanding of project management principles, offshore operations, and subsea engineering
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
