emagine is seeking a senior consultant to own a large strategic go-to-market initiative. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring independence and the ability to structure complex programs in a fast-moving landscape.

The ideal candidate is based in Oslo, speaks Norwegian, and has senior experience with Nordic/global organizations, plus strong project and stakeholder management capabilities to drive alignment and delivery through 2026.

Job description

The consultant would step in and take ownership of a large, ongoing strategic go-to-market initiative. The project is highly cross-functional and involves a broad stakeholder landscape, so we are looking for someone who can quickly create structure, drive alignment and move the work forward with a high degree of independence.

• Lead and manage the strategic go-to-market initiative, ensuring alignment across different functions.
• Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders to drive engagement.
• Identify risks and challenges, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Report on project performance and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirement

• Senior profile with experience from Nordic and/or global organisations
• Strong project/programme management capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Solid experience leading complex go-to-market initiatives

Nice to Have

• Experience with positioning, value propositions, messaging or broader product marketing
• Experience from the automotive/mobility industry

The ideal consultant is preferably based in Oslo and speaks Norwegian.

Contract period: until 31 December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
