Proserv in Rogaland, Norway, seeks a Project Engineer to provide production and technical support to customers and internal teams in Oil & Gas, including planning, documentation, supplier follow-up, and progress reporting.

You will work closely with operations, allocate resources, and report progress to customers, ensuring alignment with Proserv processes and values while maintaining HSSE and quality standards.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
• Independent with ownership and drive for improvement.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and deadline management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Good Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

What You Need to Know

The Project Engineer will be responsible for production and technical support to customer and internal within Oil & Gas. This includes production planning, documentation, follow up of suppliers, identify delays or conflicts against planned schedule, working closely with operations manager regarding resources/workshop and reporting to customers’ progress. Position requires contact with customers and suppliers both internally and externally.

• Ensure HSSE and Quality are embedded within project
• Client relations management
• Technical first line of Support to customer and internal for project.
• Follow up projects, documentation, delivery schedules and customer specifications
• Technical support for production, bid and sale of Sampling Systems and Cylinders
• Prepare tenders for bid and sales organisation
• Customer contact during production.
• Contribute to development of company products
• Possible onshore/offshore surveys
• Ensure project is executed in alignment with Proserv process, procedures and values
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Seek to identify opportunities to increase revenue and contribution
• Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs
• Carry out lessons learned sessions to evaluate project and assess results

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

Essential

• Engineering degree, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years engineering experience in Oil & Gas
• Independent, who takes ownership

• Basic Autocad skills
