Job summary

Proserv in Rogaland, Norway, seeks a Project Engineer to provide production and technical support to customers and internal teams in Oil & Gas, including planning, documentation, supplier follow-up, and progress reporting.

You will work closely with operations, allocate resources, and report progress to customers, ensuring alignment with Proserv processes and values while maintaining HSSE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
• Independent with ownership and drive for improvement.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and deadline management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Good Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSSE and Quality are embedded within the project.
• Manage client relations and provide first-line technical support.
• Follow up projects, documents, delivery schedules, and specs.
• Prepare tenders for bid and sales org.
• Undertake onshore/offshore surveys as needed.
• Plan and schedule project timelines; manage changes.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and contribution.
• Carry out lessons learned sessions.
