Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a project manager with appropriate professional experience to support us in the application process and disseminate information about opportunities: from identification of suitable major calls and grant opportunities (especially international, and especially within the EU Framework Programme, now Horizon Europe) and project application, to project management support, project administration and reporting, so-called pre-award (primarily) and post-award.

Within this position you will regularly interact with external collaboration partners, funders and researchers. Overall, you will have a central role in strengthening international collaboration and increasing external funding through, for example, Vinnova, ESA BIC, EU funds. The role requires initiative, creativity and a broad interest in the topic of space technology.

Qualifications
  • MSc degree in political science, law, business administration, communication or equivalent area
  • Understanding of, and interest in interdisciplinary work
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Documented excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Documented experience in scientific writing, including for a wider audience
  • Ability to integrate LLM in administrative workflow
Other Merits
  • Experience in collaborating with societal stakeholders
  • Experience in organizing seminars and workshops
  • Knowledge in geophysics, remote sensing, signal processing, mathematical modelling, image analysis focusing on maritime sector, or equivalent, is highly valued
