About the Role

PaleBlue is looking for aProject Managerto join our team working on innovative 3D and VR simulators for clients such as NASA, the European Space Agency, and major international energy companies. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about leading software development projects from idea to delivery.

You’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, bridging the gap between customer needs and development, ensuring that project goals are met on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects

• Manage and clarify project requirements

• Act as Scrum Master in a Scrum/Agile Development Team

• Ensure timely delivery and smooth team coordination

• Communicate with Product Management and customers

• Collaborate with local and remote internal/external teams and subcontractors

• Provide project reporting and updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role

• Strong background in software development

• Proven experience with Scrum or Agile as a Product Owner or Scrum Master

• Experience working with distributed or international teams

• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Russian or Norwegian is a plus, but not required
