IKM Consultants AS in Stord is seeking a Multidiscipline Engineer to develop and maintain detailed work orders, manage man-hour estimates, and review technical drawings for offshore projects. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, planning, construction, and commissioning teams and requires offshore work as part of the assignment from Oct 2026 to Apr 2027.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in oil and gas, preferably in construction or commissioning.
• Familiar with MC and commissioning processes and digital tools such as PIMS.
• Strong ability to read P&IDs and ISO drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed work orders, including man-hour estimates, drawings, procedures, and material lists.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure all prerequisites are met.
• Review safety aspects of planned work, identify risks, and ensure compliance with HSSE requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize work preparation processes and contribute to lessons learned.

Required expertise

• Electro, Instrument, Telecom
• Technical education (vocational or engineering degree) with a relevant trade certificate or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or a related field, preferably within construction or commissioning.
• Familiarity with mechanical completion (MC) and commissioning processes, along with digital tools (e.g., PIMS).
• Strong understanding of technical drawings (P&IDs, ISO) and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

Language: Norwegian and English

Location: Stord, with offshore work required

Work schedule: Full-time, regular work week with some remote work options
