Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming calls and responds to a variety of enquiries. Forwards messages as appropriate.
  • Prepares and types correspondence, memoranda, minutes, confidential reports, and other documents. Prepares spreadsheets, graphs, flow charts, statistics, and updates databases as required.
  • Maintains a comprehensive filing and records management system and other office flow procedures, including a desk manual of office procedures and information specific to the duties handled by the position and the department.
  • Performs purchasing functions for the department within established parameters
  • Prepares and distributes the agenda for meetings with related background information; takes and transcribes minutes, noting action and follow-up required.
  • Orders and monitors the use of office supplies for the department to maintain a level consistent with functional and budgetary requirements.

Right now we are looking for a Temporary Full-time Program Support Representative to work with our Environmental Services Program.

Employment Status: Temporary Full-time Duration: 18 months Hours of Work: Days, occasional evenings/weekends, flexibility required Location: Humber River Health, Wilson Site Employee Group: Non-Union Reporting Relationship: Corporate Director, Support Services Hourly Rate: $31.735-$39.694
