Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience developing and operating production software.
• Experience with backend engineering, APIs, integrations and scalable service architectures.
• Experience applying machine learning and AI technologies to create business value.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated delivery, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• You are a collaborative and pragmatic engineer who takes ownership and solves complex problems.
• Bonus: Java and Spring or Spring Boot, OpenShift or Kubernetes, and AI orchestration tools.

This is a hands‑on engineering role with a strong backend focus. You will help us design, build and operatecloudservices, APIs and integrationsbehind our banking services.

Who we are looking for

Software development: Minimum five years of experience developing and operating production software.

Data analysis and applied AI: Experience analyzing and interpreting data, identifying meaningful patterns and opportunities, and applying machine learning and AI technologies to create practical business value.

Backend engineering: Experience with object‑oriented development, APIs, integrations and scalable service architectures.

CI/CD and operations: Experience with automated delivery, monitoring, observability and production troubleshooting.

Security and privacy: Experience with secure data handling and the responsible use of AI in regulated environments.

You are a collaborative and pragmatic engineer who takes ownership and enjoys solving complex problems. You are comfortable working across disciplines and can connect technical decisions with customer value, security, privacy and regulatory expectations in banking.

It is a bonus if you have experience with

Java and Spring or Spring Boot

Databases (Oracle)

OpenShift or Kubernetes, Git, GitHub Actions and Grafana

Experiencewithdesign, developmentandmaintenanceof backend services, APIs and integrations

Large language model integration, context and prompt design, and evaluation of AI outputs

Retrieval‑augmented generation, embeddings, vector databases or related retrieval patterns

Agentic workflows, function calling or AI orchestration frameworks
