Job summary
Norwegian Hull Club is seeking a Digital Business Advisor - Product Lead (Vikariat) in Bergen to shape the future of its digital products and processes. You will lead product directions with business experts, designers, developers and IT partners, delivering meaningful value to users and the business.
You will drive improvement opportunities across the organisation and report to the Head of Digital Business Development.
Qualifications
- Experience leading digital product initiatives and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into product strategy and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more digital products as Product Lead.
- Develop and refine product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities.
- Prioritize initiatives by business value, user impact and alignment.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Drive product discovery, experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the organisation.
- Support and lead selected change initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to product management practices across Norwegian Hull Club.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
