Job summary

Storebrand ASA in Lysaker is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager for the Digital Insurance team. You will lead developers and tech leads, shape roadmaps with Area Product Manager, and ensure delivery with speed and quality across the claims value chain.

You will champion production-ready digital solutions, manage dependencies and risks, and collaborate with Norwegian and English-speaking stakeholders. Prior experience in P&C insurance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding, ideally with development or architecture background.
• Experience leading digital delivery across teams and projects.
• Fluent in Norwegian & English; able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience from P&C insurance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Product Manager in defining realistic digital service and product roadmaps.
• Personell leader for developers and tech lead; ensure production readiness.
• Drive delivery with speed and quality using the software delivery lifecycle.
• Manage dependencies and risks; remove blockers across teams.
• Provide visibility on status and coordinate across multiple projects.
