Job summary

Dovre Solutions is seeking a Process Designer to deliver high-quality process drawings and ensure alignment between Process and Design teams at our Lysaker site. You will support digital engineering workflows and ensure compliance with project requirements.

The role requires at least 3 years in oil & gas or industrial projects, strong AVEVA diagram and AutoCAD skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. This is a fixed-term contract from 01/10/2026 to 31/03/2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Process Designer experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience in preparation and maintenance of process drawings and associated databases.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Function

• Deliver process drawings with a high level of quality and within agreed schedules.
• Ensure effective collaboration between the Process and Design departments.
• Maintain quality, schedule, and budget objectives for assigned work.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of digital engineering workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and project requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience with P&ID software tools such as AVEVA Diagram, SP P&ID, AutoCAD, and similar applications for the preparation and maintenance of PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, and related process documentation.
• Strong proficiency in AVEVA Diagram and BricsCAD.
• Understanding of engineering data management principles and revision control processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with system administrators to resolve them.
• Familiarity with project templates, title blocks, standards, and document management workflows.
• Understanding of data integration between AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Engineering, and AVEVA E3D.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and drafting practices.
