Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS in Oslo seeks a Process Engineer to deliver high-quality process drawings and support digital engineering workflows. You will collaborate across Process and Design teams, maintaining schedules, quality, and budgets for assigned projects.

Requirements include 3+ years as a Process Designer in energy/oil & gas, strong AVEVA/BricsCAD skills, and a foundation in data management and drafting standards. English/Norwegian language skills required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with P&ID software tools such as AVEVA Diagram, SP P&ID, AutoCAD, and similar applications for the preparation and maintenance of PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, and related process documentation.
• Strong proficiency in AVEVA Diagram and BricsCAD.
• Understanding of engineering data management principles and revision control processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with system administrators to resolve them.
• Familiarity with project templates, title blocks, standards, and document management workflows.
• Understanding of data integration between AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Engineering, and AVEVA E3D.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and drafting practices.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Designer within oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience in preparation and maintenance of process drawings and associated databases.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical trade certification (fagbrev) or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
