Job summary

ERSG Holdings Ltd is seeking a Process Designer for a six-month contract based in Lysaker, Norway. You will deliver process drawings and ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence while collaborating across Process and Design teams.

You will bring at least 3 years of experience with P&ID tools (AVEVA Diagram, SP P&ID, AutoCAD) and strong AVEVA proficiency, along with data management and drafting standards knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Designer in oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience in preparation and maintenance of process drawings and associated databases.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Accountabilities

• Deliver process drawings with a high level of quality and within agreed schedules.
• Ensure effective collaboration between the Process and Design departments.

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Proven experience with P&ID software tools such as AVEVA Diagram, SP P&ID, AutoCAD, and similar applications for the preparation and maintenance of PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, and related process documentation.
• Strong proficiency in AVEVA Diagram and BricsCAD.
• Understanding of engineering data management principles and revision control processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with system administrators to resolve them.
• Familiarity with project templates, title blocks, standards, and document management workflows.
• Understanding of data integration between AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Engineering, and AVEVA E3D.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and drafting practices.
