Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, mechatronics, or automation engineering.
• 10+ years in software development for industrial automation.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian; strong communication.
• Experience integrating third‑party automation APIs and SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and release of the DORS Automation product.
• Translate customer and sales requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, implement, and test new functionality using modern software technologies.
• Integrate third‑party automation tools and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
