Job summary

Robert Prizelius AS in Norway seeks a Brand Manager for a premium spirits portfolio including Jägermeister, Aperol, Hendrick’s and more. You will own the annual brand cycle, lead activation programmes at Vinmonopolet, manage listings and build long-term brand equity in the Norwegian market.

You will translate strategy into local action, coordinate complex projects, present to brand owners, and drive ROI-focused campaigns with strong budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or economics
• 2–5 years of experience in field sales, brand management, or trade marketing
• Fluency with AI and data-driven tools, and proficiency in PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and good working proficiency in Norwegian
• Driver's license (klasse B)
• Work with leading brands like Jägermeister, Aperol, and Hendrick's

Responsibilities

• Analyse and develop a deep understanding of the spirits market across on-trade and off-trade, drawing insights and turning them into brand plans and budgets that drive market share growth
• Present plans and budgets to internal leadership and brand owners, ensuring buy-in across the organisation
• Responsible for innovation planning and developing plans and materials for the sales team
• Own the flawless execution of strategic plans and deliver a comprehensive activation programme with ROI focus
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the brand owner through excellent communication
• Carry full budget responsibility and contribute to sustainability in day-to-day work
