Robert Prizelius As is seeking a Brand Manager to own and execute the annual plan for a premium spirits brand in the Norwegian market. You will lead listing management, drive innovation, and build long‑term brand equity while coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality activations and ROI.

The role requires translating strategy into local action, coordinating complex projects, and delivering compelling presentations to brand owners and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business or economics.
• 2–5 years in field sales, brand management or trade marketing.
• Fluent in English and good working proficiency in Norwegian.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with activation programs and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spirits market and develop brand plans and budgets to grow market share.
• Present plans and budgets to leadership and brand owners for buy‑in.
• Own innovation planning and provide sales enablement materials.
• Ensure flawless execution of strategic plans and a robust activation programme.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the brand owner and internal teams.
• Manage full budget and contribute to sustainability practices.
