Orkla House Care, part of Orkla ASA, is seeking a structured Portfolio Lead to drive governance, reporting and value realization across the organisation. Orkla House Care is part of Orkla ASA and a leading provider of brushes, rollers and other painting tools, including consumables such as tape, sanding products, protection and cleaning equipment. The company operates across the Nordic countries, the UK and Benelux, with strong brands such as Jordan, Harris, Anza, Spekter and Hamilton. Sales are primarily through paint shops and trade merchants. With around 670 employees and annual sales of approximately NOK 1.6 billion, Orkla House Care combines strong brands, in-house production and deep category expertise. Production takes place in Sweden, the UK and China, with the head office located at Skøyen in Oslo.
At Orkla House Care, we are on an ambitious journey to strengthen how we prioritise, execute and deliver strategic initiatives across our business. To support this, we are looking for a structured and proactive Portfolio Lead who will play a key role in driving portfolio transparency, governance and decision-making across the organisation.
As Portfolio Lead, you will report to the Transformation & Technology Director and work closely with the Leadership Team, initiative owners and functional stakeholders across Finance, Digital, Commercial, Operations, Product & Innovation and Marketing. You will ensure that our strategic portfolio is managed with clear governance, reliable reporting and strong visibility of risks, dependencies and business value. This is a highly collaborative role that combines analytical thinking, stakeholder management and portfolio management discipline, helping leadership make informed decisions and ensuring that strategic initiatives stay on track.
We are looking for a structured and proactive professional who enjoys creating clarity in complex environments. You are naturally organised and able to keep track of multiple initiatives, stakeholders and priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You build trust and collaborate easily across functions and levels of the organisation. You're comfortable navigating competing priorities, persistent in following up on actions, and motivated by helping teams and leaders execute strategy successfully.
