Qualifications

• Mastergrad innen finans, regnskap eller nær beslektet felt.
• Minimum 5 års relevant erfaring, ideelt innen innkjøpsfinans.
• Sterke analytiske ferdigheter og evne til å omsette data til forretningsinnsikt.
• Solid Excel- og ERP-erfaring (f.eks. SAP).
• Flytende engelsk

Responsibilities

• Analysere innkjøpsforbruk, budsjetter og kostnadsutvikling for å identifisere innsparing og verdiskapning.
• Støtte innkjøpsbudsjettering, forecasting og oppfølging vs. realisert.
• Gi finansinnsikt for leverandørforhandlinger og sourcing-initiativer, inkludert kost– nytte- og ROI-analyser.
• Forberede innkjøpsrelatert finansrapportering og KPI-innsikt.
• Drive utvikling og standardisering av innkjøps-KPIer, ramverk og arbeidsmåter på tvers av enhetene.
• Sikre etterlevelse av finansielle retningslinjer, kontroller og revisjonskrav.
• Være en finanspartner for Operasjonell Innkjøp, forretningsenheter og tverrfaglige interessenter.

As Finance Business Partner - Procurement at Orkla Foods, you will support the finance and procurement teams by driving financial analysis related to purchasing activities across Orkla Foods business units. The role plays a key part in ensuring cost efficiency, monitoring procurement budgets, evaluating supplier spending, and providing insights that optimize procurement decisions while maintaining strong financial compliance.

You will work in close collaboration with Business Units and Orkla Procurement (OP), acting as a trusted finance partner across functions. The position offers broad exposure to procurement, finance, and supply chain topics in an international environment

The role reports to the Chief Procurement Officer and can be based in Oslo, Copenhagen, or Malmö.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• analyzing procurement spend, budgets, and cost development to identify savings and value creation opportunities
• supporting procurement budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up versus actuals
• providing financial insights to support supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives, including cost-benefit and ROI analyses
• preparing procurement-related financial reporting and KPI insights
• driving development and standardization of procurement KPIs, frameworks, and ways of working across business units
• ensuring compliance with financial policies, controls, and audit requirements
• acting as a finance partner to Operational Procurement, Business Units, and cross-functional stakeholders

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a structured and analytical finance professional who enjoys working across finance and procurement in a complex, international environment.

• master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
• minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within procurement finance
• strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights
• solid Excel and ERP system experience (e.g. SAP)
• fluency in English
