Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

As an LPN you will provide nursing care within the scope of practice, administer medications, collect patient information, and coordinate with the care team. Perks include weekly pay, same-day or next-day pay with RapidPay, and a signing bonus after two shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties as needed.
