Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in the Hampton Roads area. The role offers $37-$39/hour with per diem scheduling and rapid-pay options.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD. Responsibilities cover administering meds, patient care, and coordination with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
