Telia in Norway is seeking a proactive People Partner to join our People & Culture team. You will collaborate with leaders across Retail and Customer Service, shaping people strategies and delivering performant, compliant HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

With 2–4 years of HR experience, you’ll navigate Norwegian employment law and partner with frontline teams to enable business success. This hybrid role offers growth, learning, and a strong People & Culture community.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of core HR processes and Norwegian employment law.
• Ability to support managers on employee-related matters and difficult conversations.
• Interest in Retail, Customer Service or other frontline environments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Practical, solution-oriented with sound judgement.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Responsabilités

• Support and advise leaders on day-to-day people and organizational matters.
• Partner with leaders across Retail and Customer Service on employee relations, performance, sick-leave, engagement and team development.
• Support organizational changes and other business-driven people initiatives.
• Support leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to key People & Culture processes, including performance, talent and workforce planning.
• Use people insights and business understanding to identify needs and recommend actions.
• Help ensure consistent and compliant people practices across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with other People Partners and People & Culture experts to deliver a great employee and manager experience.
