People Partner - Frontline & Retail

Telia is seeking a People Partner to join our People & Culture team in Norway. You will work closely with leaders across Retail and Customer Service, blending HR knowledge with a strong business understanding to support people initiatives.

You will join a supportive team that values knowledge sharing, ownership, and growth. This role offers exposure to frontline operations and opportunities to shape people strategies across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of core HR processes and Norwegian employment law.
• Confidence in supporting managers on employee-related matters and difficult conversations.
• Interest in Retail, Customer Service or frontline environments.

Aufgaben

• Support and advise leaders on day-to-day people and organizational matters
• Partner with leaders across Retail and Customer Service on employee relations, performance, sick-leave, engagement and team development
• Support organizational changes and other business-driven people initiatives
• Support leaders throughout the employee lifecycle
• Contribute to key People & Culture processes, including performance, talent and workforce planning
• Use people insights to identify needs and recommend relevant actions
• Help ensure consistent and compliant people practices across the organization
• Collaborate closely with other People Partners and People & Culture experts to deliver a great employee and manager experience
