Job summary

Global Blue Norge AS is seeking a Payment Specialist to generate new business and support existing clients in the Norwegian market. You will promote Global Blue by Shift4’s merchant servicing products, hardware, software, and professional services, acting as the frontline sales rep in your territory.

You will prospect, set appointments, close deals, and manage merchant relationships while traveling as required. Strong English and Norwegian skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in payments or technology solutions.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• CRM proficiency and pipeline management.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Fluent English and Norwegian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Set appointments with merchants to present Global Blue by Shift4’s Payment Terminal and services.
• Close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle and sign new logos in the territory.
• Assist existing clients with add-on services, including hardware, software, and professional solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline management.
• Travel within territory and build strong merchant relationships.
