Job summary

Hyre is seeking a Partner Growth Manager in Oslo to scale Hyre’s partner network, focusing on Replacement Car and adjacent mobility services. You will drive business development, manage partner relationships, and lead commercial execution across Hyre’s markets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and Technology to uncover growth opportunities, onboard new locations, and implement training and adoption of Hyre’s platform, while reporting to the Chief Sales Officer.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience from management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity or similar environments.
  • 2–3 years of experience from a startup, scale-up or high-growth company.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth and development of Hyre’s partner network, with a focus on Replacement Car and related mobility services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting their long-term success with Hyre’s platform.
  • Support the onboarding of new partner locations and ensure successful implementation, training and adoption of Hyre’s solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities across existing partner networks and proactively increase partner performance and utilization.
  • Develop demand through strategic B2B partnerships, including collaboration with insurance companies, roadside assistance providers, leasing companies and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a key contact point for commercial and operational partner matters, ensuring efficient problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.
  • Analyse partner performance, market opportunities and business potential to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including the evaluation of new market opportunities, partnership models and commercial concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations and Technology to ensure successful partner delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Hyre’s commercial processes, partnership strategy and growth initiatives.

Job description

Do you want to play a key role in scaling one of Hyre’s most important growth areas?

As Partner Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of Hyre’s partner network and selected B2B demand channels, with a particular focus on the Replacement Car segment – one of the company’s largest and fastest-growing business areas.

The role combines partner management, business development and commercial execution. You will be responsible for strengthening partner engagement, driving commercial performance and supporting the expansion of both existing and new partner locations across Hyre’s markets.

Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Operations and Technology, you will identify growth opportunities, support strategic initiatives and contribute to both short-term performance improvements and long-term market expansion. This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence one of Hyre’s most important growth areas. You will report to the Chief Sales Officer.

Who are you?

We believe you bring:
  • 2–3 years of experience from management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity or similar environments
  • 2–3 years of experience from a startup, scale-up or high-growth company
  • Experience within business development, customer success, operations, B2B partnerships, mobility, automotive, insurance, roadside assistance or leasing is considered an advantage
  • Experience working in a commercial, operational or customer-facing role
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken

Location
