Job summary

Pareto Securities, headquartered in Oslo, seeks a dedicated student for a part-time role at our reception and switchboard. You will be the face of the firm, handling the switchboard, greeting guests, and supporting meeting room administration and events.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic student for a part-time position at our reception and switchboard.

Our headquarters in Oslo has a comprehensive reception and meeting room department, where daily customer meetings and company presentations take place, often supported by catering services.

As a receptionist at Pareto Securities, you will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing the switchboard, welcoming guests with professionalism, and creating a positive first impression. You will also support meeting room administration and help organise events, conferences and presentations. The work schedule typically averages two days per week, with some assignments in the afternoons and evenings, and occasional extra hours in connection with larger events or conferences.
