Job summary

Pareto Securities is seeking a dedicated student for a part-time reception and switchboard role at our Oslo headquarters.

You will be the face of the company, greeting guests, managing the switchboard, and supporting meeting room administration and events, including catering for presentations.

The schedule typically averages two days per week, with some afternoons and evenings, and occasional extra hours for larger conferences or events. Norwegian and English communication is required.

Our headquarters in Oslo has a comprehensive reception and meeting room department, where daily customer meetings and company presentations take place, often supported by catering services.

As a receptionist at Pareto Securities, you will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing the switchboard, welcoming guests with professionalism, and creating a positive first impression. You will also support meeting room administration and help organise events, conferences and presentations. The work schedule typically averages two days per week, with some assignments in the afternoons and evenings, and occasional extra hours in connection with larger events or conferences.
