Job summary

Bruce Studios is seeking a part‑time Partner Coordinator in Oslo to support our Partner Operations team. The role is designed for a student, roughly 10–15 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning partner outreach, event planning, on‑site support, and content capture.

You'll help nurture partner relations, coordinate events, and create on‑site content while balancing studies. The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to learn in partnerships, events, and brand activation within fitness

Qualifications

  • Studying with at least 1.5 years left.
  • Experience in sales or service roles helpful.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
  • Able to build long-term partner relationships.
  • Content creation basics in photo/video a plus.
  • Fluent Norwegian and comfortable in English.
  • On-site event support availability, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential partner studios on behalf of Partner Managers.
  • Plan and execute partner events and activations; manage logistics and on-site support.
  • Photograph and film partner events for marketing and internal use.
  • Maintain accurate, accessible partner and event records for the team.
