Job summary

Nexi is seeking an HR Student Assistant in Oslo Lysaker to join our local HR team and collaborate with Nordic colleagues. The role is part-time (2–3 days per week) and fixed-term through 2027, with on-site work and room to apply your studies in a real business environment.

You will support onboarding, HR data tasks, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives, gaining practical experience across the employee lifecycle in a dynamic international setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor or master's program (HR, business, psychology, law) with 1–2 years left
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Interest in operational HR and Norwegian employment practices

Responsibilities

• Plan onboarding sessions and onboarding days; help create a great start for new colleagues
• Assist monthly union and quarterly AMU meetings with data collection and material prep
• Support day-to-day HR topics with prepared materials and follow-ups
• Work with HR data; help compile reports, presentations, and metrics
• Collaborate with Nordic HR on cross-country tasks and process improvements
• Contribute to local employee engagement initiatives and events
