Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a part-time HR assistant based in Oslo to work on-site at Linderud about 2 days per week, with the option to combine with remote work. You will support HR topics, IT systems, and internal communications while studying.

You should be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HRM or related field, with at least one year left, and a proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset. Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for HR and administrative IT systems and applications.
• Support HR Business Partner, managers and individual contributors on HR topics.
• Support internal communications, drafting, coordinating, and distributing internal communications across relevant channels.
• Support and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, including policy development and updates, employee engagement and well-being initiatives, and other HR-related activities.
